In the first episode of The Creative Second Act podcast, I interview 40-year old YouTuber Drew Witt, the creator of the Wittwork YouTube channel and a former pastor in Texas.

We talk about his passion for making things with his hands, helping people solve common woodworking problems, and growing on YouTube, including that time when he was about to quit and almost didn’t upload the video that caused his channel to explode.

We talk about grit, commitment, perseverance and going the extra mile in your content creation to put in that special touch that will bring a smile to someone’s face.

Drew encourages everyone over 40 to start a YouTube channel - you have valuable experience and "miles on the car".  The more you feel you don't belong, the better you will stand out and the more people's lives you will impact.
